We've just completed a multimedia press pack for Lost in Audio - all photography, layout, motion graphics and design done in-house by 80eight Photography & Design. We think this is the perfect way of showcasing a band or musicians talent. The band have put up three of their latest tracks and are asking people to decide which is the best one. All three tracks are great, but my favourite is 'Be that Someone', although 'Move on Me' runs it very close. So take a listen and vote! They've got quite a few gigs coming up soon so check them out whenever you can - live they are simply fantastic.

More Band Photography :: Idiotcut // CD Shoot

Idiotcut are a great unsigned band from Falkirk and yesterday we had a fabulous location shoot with them. The objective here was to get images for their forthcoming CD release and also to get material together for their press pack.

Ross, Ross and Stephen were very patient and put up with the cold weather and slightly less than salubrious surroundings of an abandoned cement works very well. And we got some great photographs.

Border Brides ::From the Outside

We completed our shoot with Border Brides yesterday with some exterior shots of the fabulous building where Lynne has her shop. It was freezing cold in Hawick but dry and the sky was a lovely colour. The shots came out just great and here's a taste of them.

Flatpack Cyberman

We took delivery of a Cyberman today. Although he doesn't appear to be Swedish he arrived as a flat-pack. He's one of our many props for use in photo-shoots and yeah....I like Dr Who so I didn't need too much justification! You'll probably see him in and around Berwickshire lurking in tree's or hedgerows so please don't be alarmed. He'll be going to the beach also once the weather gets better.
